Hello, my aim is to provide you with total satisfaction with your purchase.  However, there are a few things to note:

• Prints are only ordered from the supplier once the buying process is completed online.
• Prints do not come with a frame.
• Prints are posted directly to Ian Murray Photography for inspection to ensure quality before being sent to the customer.
• Please note that the finished print colour may not be an exact match to that featured on the website. Personal settings of a monitor and computer may affect how an image looks online versus in print. Great care has been taken to portray a true and accurate reproduction of the image.
• The name and address details that you entered online are used to fulfil your order. Ian Murray Photography will not use your information for any other purpose.

 

SHIPPING

• Postage is calculated at checkout.
• Orders are posted second class.
• Please expect 5-10 days for delivery.
• Orders made at the weekend or during a Bank Holiday weekend may take slightly longer.

 

RETURNS/REFUNDS

• Please ensure that you have ordered the correct size print as items cannot be changed once ordered.
• I have a strict no returns policy. Once a purchase has been paid for, it is considered non-refundable.
• Refunds will not be given due to “not liking a photo” or selecting an incorrect photo/size.

 

PHOTO COPYRIGHT

• Please note that the purchase involves ownership of the print only. It does not transfer the image rights. Copyright of the image remains in the possession of Ian Murray Photography.
• You are not permitted to copy, duplicate, reproduce or exhibit the print.

• This is a personal digital download.It is strictly not for business use. This download is for home use only. It may not be transferred to another person.
